Hotel Concierge Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Hotel Concierge Lead.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading teams to achieve excellent results.

  • Assisting with training and developing the wider concierge team
  • Supervising concierge team operations across the hotel
  • Liaising with Front Office team for guest arrivals & departures
  • Identifying and explaining room features to guests
  • Assisting with safety compliance and reporting any incidents

As a Hotel Concierge Lead, you will be responsible for anticipating guests' service needs, identifying opportunities to improve their experience, and providing personalized service.

You will work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures, while also maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Requirements:

  • Current open driver's license
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Confidence and skills to upsell and promote our venues
  • Possession of passion for the Hospitality Industry
  • Ability to learn, think, and grow in your role
