About the role

Reporting to the Head Concierge, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of Concierge tasks at the buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring that the concierge service standards are maintained and residents\' expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Full-time Night time concierge
  • 11pm to 7am - Based at the Abian Building. Friday and Saturday.
  • Challenging and rewarding position

About You
  • Understanding of the role reflects the broad undertaking of the responsibilities required to fulfil the duties of the building\'s Concierge.
  • Hands-on, proactive and resident-focused approach. Act as the face of the building with a warm and professional welcome to residents and guests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service mindset.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation. Pride in representing the company in this interactive role.
  • Respect for punctuality, reliability, positive attitude, integrity and ethical behaviour.
  • Time management and organisational skills; capable of database maintenance, phone and intercom etiquette, security protocols, Work Health and Safety, and basic cleaning tasks.
  • Availability to work afternoon, evening and/or overnight shifts in a 24/7 residential building is required.
