Job Title: Senior Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled senior lawyer to join our practice group in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work with a talented team of professionals on high-profile competition law and economic regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic legal advice to clients, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize their workload effectively.

As a senior lawyer in our practice, you will be responsible for working on a diverse range of competition law and economic regulatory matters, including energy, water, ports, and rail projects. You will engage with complex issues and make a meaningful impact in the industry.

  • Deliver high-quality legal advice to clients on competition law and economic regulatory matters;
  • Work closely with other lawyers and professionals in the practice group to deliver strategic advice to clients;
  • Engage with complex issues and develop creative solutions to meet client needs;
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations;
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years' experience in a reputable commercial law firm or in-house;
  • Demonstrated experience in competition law and economic regulatory work;
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize your time across multiple busy matters;
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A genuine commitment to client service and desire to engage in business development activities;
