Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow the firm's insolvency practice, driving strategic direction and business development.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, and corporate stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage complex insolvency, restructuring, and disputes matters, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Provide strategic litigation advice on disputes related to insolvency, asset recovery, and commercial fraud.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and professional organisations to enhance market presence.
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers and professional staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage financial performance, including revenue targets, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements in insolvency law.
- Collaborate with other partners to develop innovative legal solutions for financial distress scenarios.
- Drive marketing and thought leadership initiatives, positioning the firm as a leading player in the insolvency space.
