Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Executive Chef to direct the operation of our restaurant kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality standards and meeting revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day kitchen activities, planning, and assigning work, as well as establishing performance and development goals for team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or certificate in culinary arts and at least 2 years of experience as a chef, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity;
- Equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience;
- Up-to-date food safety certification.
