Project Coordinator - Defence Sector

- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, minutes, and other relevant documents.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Australian citizenship and holding or be able to successfully obtain and retain a minimum Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Experience in a project coordination or management role, preferably in the Defence sector.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Proactive and able to think strategically.
- Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
- Ability to provide evidence to confirm vaccination status for COVID-19 to meet our client's vaccination requirements in accordance with government regulations.
- 1+ years of experience in a project coordination or management role, preferably in the Defence sector.
