Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is currently working alongside a successful natural energy resource provider who is seeking an experienced Project Administrator in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role requires a proactive, organised individual who can effectively manage various tasks in a busy project setting. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our client's site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, training sessions, and induction programs to guarantee compliance of all candidates before mobilisation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and keep precise records and correspondence.
  • Generate reports to oversee and maintain compliance.
  • Efficient roster management.
  • Liaising with labour hire companies for seamless project execution.
  • Assisting with payment portals and processing purchase orders.
  • Ensuring all administrative functions are performed to the highest standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in project administration, ideally within mining or resources/Construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with INX Workflow, SAP, and Coupa (ideal but not required).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative and financial software systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Current C-class driving licence.

In return, you can expect to take on a long-term contract role with a top-tier mining company located in the Northern Territory. This role includes FIFO arrangements from Darwin and involves reporting to the Project Superintendent. Expect to work 12-hour days with a highly competitive salary. You will enjoy working in a brand-new office and be part of a friendly team atmosphere. The position offers a 4-day workweek (Monday to Thursday), and the camp is conveniently located within walking distance of the mine, with a short 2-minute bus ride available if needed.
