About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Systems Support Specialist to join our team at JCDecaux. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our sales data, and driving business growth through efficient transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Review and process sales contract changes within our main business application, ensuring accuracy and adherence to business rules.
  • Data Integrity: Input, update, and maintain data, ensuring consistency across systems and minimizing errors.
  • Helpdesk Support: Provide primary contact and helpdesk support to internal stakeholders, responding to queries on the system and processes.
  • System Administration: Serve as a 'Super-user' of the business system, with a strong understanding of operations, procedures, and policies.
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work closely with business units to resolve support requests, and participate in system testing, bug fixes, and regression testing.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Processing: Understanding of data integrity, analysis, and processing, with intermediate Excel capabilities.
  • Application Support Experience: Demonstrated experience in application support, transactional processing, and working with service desk applications and service management environments.
