We are seeking an Account Manager to lead and execute strategies to cultivate large global accounts in the mining sector. This quota-carrying role has a global remit and will be working fully remote, collaborating with key internal stakeholders primarily in Australia.
To be successful in this role, you will have a good track record of increasing penetration into existing named accounts. You will also enjoy the autonomy, using your drive, creativity, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to work with business and technical audiences across all levels.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver increased revenue, expanded adoption of our solutions within the accounts.
- Enhance visibility of our organization and develop compelling content that positions us as a strategic partner.
- Co-develop new Internet of Things (IoT)-based solutions that address digitization challenges leveraging our unique capabilities.
- Develop account plans that align with our product offering and the customers' strategic priorities.
- Take complete ownership of building and sustaining healthy relationships within the account. Set up governance model and proactively facilitate relationship between multiple account's and stakeholders.
- Engage directly with all levels of stakeholders to gather intelligence and evangelize our position.
- Identify and execute on specific in-year revenue generating opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 7+ years of experience in sales within mining, rail or other energy-intensive industries.
- Domain knowledge in IIoT and/or fuel management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts.
