Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide professional and courteous service to guests and customers. Your primary focus will be on driving yield by working closely with internal stakeholders from other hotel departments.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Undertake daily administration and sales activities including correspondence, filing, and preparation of quotes and post-event follow-up.
  • Assist in coordinating conferences, dinners, weddings, accommodation, and private dining bookings.
  • Handle calls, book appointments, assist in lead generation, and enquiry follow-up.
  • Work closely with back-of-house teams to ensure events are coordinated appropriately and meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Requirements

Sales activity maintenance within the iVvy event management system is essential. You will also prepare regular reports as directed by the Sales Manager or General Manager, participate in scheduled training and development programs, and provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests.

Benefits

You will be a Brand Ambassador for the hotel and attend scheduled meetings and conduct site inspections for clients and third-party suppliers as required.
