  • Building strong relationships across services and facilitating effective collaborations to wrap care around families.
  • Creating and overseeing practical, goal oriented case plans and assessments that support long term reunification.
Your Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood or related Social Sciences, or extensive equivalent experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of South Australian child protection legislation, including the Aboriginal Child Placement Principle.
  • Proven capability in case management, including collaborative assessment, planning and documentation.
  • Compliance with all special conditions, including WWCC, NPC and current driver's licence.
