Senior Solicitor Opportunity

Mansfield & Co Recruitment is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join their team at Resolve Divorce, South Australia's leading specialist family law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients navigating one of life's most challenging transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client matters independently, from initial consult through to finalisation
  • Draft and settle court documents, correspondence, agreements, and legal advice
  • Represent clients in negotiation, mediation, and court settings
  • Collaborate with our legal, admin, and client services teams to deliver seamless, high-quality outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Undergraduate Degree of Law (LLB) or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years' post-admission experience in law
  • Current practising certificate and ideally knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
