At our organization, we are dedicated to providing a supportive environment for families navigating challenging times. As a Family Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering parents and children to thrive.
Our program focuses on delivering psycho-educational and therapeutic group work for adults and children, as well as tailored one-on-one support when needed. You will have the opportunity to lead group services and assist parents in high-conflict situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering evidence-based group work for adults and children
- Developing and implementing individual and group services for families
- Establishing and maintaining referral networks and relationships with families, team members, and external agencies
- Providing accurate and timely reports and evaluations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent field
- Postgraduate qualifications in social work, psychology, adult education, counseling, or family dispute resolution
- Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the relevant governing body
- Proven experience delivering group and individual support to families in high-conflict situations
