Job Description
">The role of a Business Development Manager is crucial in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships with key accounts and strategic partners.
">You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and preferences, negotiating sales agreements and contracts to meet revenue goals, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
">Responsibilities
">- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with key clients to ensure mutual understanding and benefit.
- Negotiate and manage sales agreements and contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improve sales performance.
- Develop and implement plans to upsell and cross-sell products or services within existing accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to support overall company objectives.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing market trends and customer data.
- Competency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Williness to travel as required to meet with clients.
- Effective strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
