We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. As a key member of the returns team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers throughout the rental process.

Your responsibilities will include receiving and returning vehicles in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of customer service and damage levels, and completing administrative tasks accurately according to procedure.

About the Role:
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless vehicle handovers and returns.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, achieving all performance targets in this area.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Process workshop vehicles in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements:
  • A valid driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
