You will take ownership of a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, working closely with injured workers, employers and treating health providers.
Your role is to guide and support people through their recovery journey, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you will play a key part in helping injured workers return to health and safely re-enter the workplace.
About the Role
- Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims – across Medical Management, RTW and Maximising Capacity teams
- Demonstrate a service-orientated approach that is focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers
- Ensure active and timely strategies are implemented to improve recovery and return to work outcomes
- Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers
- Assist the worker and employer with the claim process and engage appropriate support services
- Collaborate with the broader team to foster positive outcomes for injured workers

- Have held roles within a medical, hospitality, retail or corporate field specialising in customer service
- Pride themselves on giving an exceptional level of service to customers
- Thrive on working in a team environment and collaborating with others
- Are proactive, self-motivated and able to think on their feet when engaging and managing stakeholders
