Customer Service and Vehicle Returns Role

This role involves providing world-class customer service throughout the rental process, including assisting customers with vehicle returns in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with all staff to ensure vehicles are received and returned in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment. This includes maintaining administration accurately according to operating procedures, processing workshop vehicles following established guidelines, and working collaboratively to achieve high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process workshop vehicles following operating procedures.
  2. Maintain accurate records of administration according to company procedures.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure vehicles are received and returned efficiently.
Requirements:
  • A valid driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during days, evenings, and weekends.
