Vehicle Returns Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our vehicle returns team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with all staff members to ensure timely receipt and return of vehicles.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and damage control, achieving all set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Accurately complete administrative tasks according to established operating procedures.
- Process workshop vehicles in accordance with designated protocols.
Requirements:
- A valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience.
- Excellent face-to-face interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility in working hours, including availability during days, evenings, and weekends, with various shift options.
