Customer Experience Coordinator

We're seeking a proactive and organised professional to play a vital part in delivering and improving customer feedback and wellbeing programs.

  • Coordinate national surveys to track and report on resident experience insights, driving data-driven decisions to elevate customer satisfaction across our communities.
  • Manage complaints processes, support high-impact projects, and lead follow-up actions with Sales and Operations teams to enhance the resident experience.
  • Analyse and report on survey results, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Support underperforming communities by tracking customer feedback, coordinating improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous quality enhancement.

This role requires a strong background in customer experience, marketing, operations, or a related services field, with excellent project coordination, organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
