Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Support Worker in our group home setting. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing active support and promoting empowerment among people with disabilities.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • To deliver high-quality support services to residents, tailoring our approach to their individual needs and program requirements.
  • To foster independence and personal growth among service users, identifying learning opportunities and implementing development programs.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs that promote social networks and community inclusion among residents.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
  • Unrestricted Driver Licence.
  • A strong commitment to supporting and promoting individual needs, skills, abilities, and personal goals of people with disabilities.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
