**Residence Manager**

Arcare is now looking for a residence manager that is a good communicator, authentic and passionate and has the ability to lead by example whilst empowering their workforce.

**About the Role**

Arcare Portarlington is looking for a Residence Manager to provide leadership, direction, care and financial management to meet all requirements as guided by Arcare. The Residence Manager is accountable to the State Manager for the outcomes of the 100-bed residence.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous Management experience in Aged Care or Health Services Sector
- Registered Nurse Division One (desirable)
- Demonstrate financial accountability
- Good communicator, authentic and passionate
- Ability to respect the role and contribution of others in your team
- Provide leadership, encourage and promote relationship building
- Oversee quality care and promote effective business acumen skills
- Computer literate
