Mineral Resources Manager Job Summary

  • Leading and directing underground mining operations to achieve site goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and safety protocols are implemented throughout the operation.
  • Develop a team environment prioritizing productivity, efficiency, and employee well-being.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to meet production and maintenance objectives.
Selection Criteria:
  • Relevant qualifications as a Deputy, Undermanager or Mine Manager.
  • Current Practicing Certificate and up-to-date logbook.
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing an underground team.
  • Ability to prioritize resources for optimal results while maintaining safety standards.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Capacity to manage activities in accordance with relevant WH&S and environmental regulations.
