About the Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sheridan Birkenhead Outlet. This is a full-time role working 38 hours a week across a Sunday-Thursday roster.

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets by leveraging your exceptional leadership skills.
  • Drive a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products and their applications to effectively coach your team through product knowledge.
  • Coach your team to grow both personally and professionally within the company.
