Leading Part Time Assistant Store Manager

Apart from delivering exceptional customer service, a key focus of this part-time Assistant Store Manager role is to contribute to the success of Sportscraft Castle Towers store by driving sales, achieving targets and KPIs. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal part in maximising store performance through team management, visual merchandising, expense control and fostering a premium customer experience.

About You
  • With retail management experience in a high-end environment, you possess the ability to drive store performance and meet sales targets.
  • You have proven passion and skills to train, develop and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Your strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • You are flexible, innovative and able to adapt positively to changing work demands.
Key Responsibilities
  • Bring your passion for retail to life by delivering exceptional customer-focused service rooted in the brand's authenticity and confidence.
  • Assist in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and crafting efficient rosters.
  • Support the Manager in driving team performance, productivity, and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth for our team members.
  • E nsure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising that reflects the essence of the brand.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and synergy.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)
