Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at OTR Rosewater, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, including customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, and reporting. You will also play a key role in implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing store team
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Assist with stock management and ordering
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
