Store Operations Manager

A leading retail organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join their team.

This role involves assisting in day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. The successful candidate will supervise and motivate a dedicated team to achieve sales targets, implement effective merchandising strategies, maintain inventory accuracy, and oversee stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Supervise and lead a high-performing team to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and optimize stockroom efficiency.
