We are looking for a skilled drafting professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing various drawings and models across mechanical, process, piping, civil, and structural disciplines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Production of 2D and 3D models under limited supervision.
  • Development of drawings from engineers' sketches with minimal input.
  • Document control activities, including task management.
  • Project management tasks related to drawing office operations.
  • Compliance with company policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Clash detection of design models against as-built models or other consultants'/clients' design models.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australia Work Authorisation is mandatory.
  • Formal training in Drafting, equivalent to a Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with CAD software.
  • 2+ Years work experience in mechanical/pipeline drafting, including 2D and 3D modelling for slurry, water, waste, mineral processing and/or oil & gas.
  • Experience working with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads, OpenPlant.
  • Prior work experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including MS Office package.
  • Excellent skills in one or more CAD software packages covering the entire workflow from setup and 2D/3D modelling to drawing/model production.
