We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Service Expert. As a Technical Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to our customers.

Job Description:

You will work closely with our customers to identify opportunities to improve their operations and eliminate pain points. This will involve performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and analyzing data to determine the root cause of problems.

As a Technical Service Expert, you will also be responsible for preparing material lists needed for service activities and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality.

In addition, you will troubleshoot equipment/process failures, request proactive corrective actions, and make recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Electrical trade or restricted electrical disconnect/reconnect license (mandatory)
  • Electrical engineering degree (preferred)
  • Experience with medium and low voltage drives
  • Skills in technical support, quality management, and sales practices
  • Familiarity with remote site work
  • Willingness to travel frequently
