  • Assisting with daily living activities, including light cleaning tasks, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Promoting independent decision-making and empowering customers to take control of their lives

You will need:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse customers
  • Experience working with young adults with complex support needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
