Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth discovery workshops with telco providers to understand industry-specific needs and recommend tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  • Demonstrate how ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflows accelerate telco transformation, from frictionless digital onboarding to AI-assisted network fault resolution.
  • Buid trusted relationships with ANZ telco customers and ecosystem partners to foster long-term collaboration and account growth.
  • Guide strategic initiatives such as customer journey mapping, zero-touch service operations, and AI-driven experience improvement.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product management on telco-specific requirements.

You will be part of a high-performing team making a lasting impact on customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you should have deep domain expertise in the telecommunications industry, 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting experience, and proven proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
