About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Community Health Nurse to join our team in Tasmania's North West Coast. As a key member of our community-based service, you will be responsible for delivering high-level clinical leadership and expertise in the development, provision, and evaluation of our Community Rapid Response Service (ComRRS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level clinical leadership and expertise in the development, provision, and evaluation of the ComRRS.
  • Evaluate and implement changes to clinical practice, initiate research and quality improvement activities, and act as a leader, advisor, and mentor for other nurses and clinicians.
  • Collaborate closely with General Practitioners to provide essential care in the home, ensuring timely, complex, and client-centered care throughout the North West Coast of Tasmania.
Working Arrangements:

This is a permanent, part-time position, working 32 hours per fortnight, commencing from December. You will have access to salary packaging benefits, including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $125,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
