**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiving Professional to join our dedicated care team at Respect Aged Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
**About the Role:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, assistance, and support to our residents under the guidance of our senior clinical team. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing personal care to assist residents with activities of daily living and maintaining their independence and dignity;
- Assisting with meal delivery and refreshments as required;
- Recording observations on relevant assessment charts and documenting any exceptions to the care plan;
- Checking residents' daily menu requirements;
- Attending to duties allocated by the RN/EN, including general ward duties;
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire one;
- A relevant Certificate III qualification;
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience working in residential aged care;
