We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team at Respect Mt St Vincent in West Ulverstone, TAS.

This is a great chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents while gaining valuable experience in residential aged care. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and assistance to our residents under the guidance of our senior clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
• Assist with meal delivery and refreshments as required.
• Record observations and document any exceptions to the care plan.
• Check daily menu requirements and attend to general ward duties.

Requirements:

• Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
• Relevant Certificate III Qualification.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in residential aged care.
