About the Role

Evolve Talent is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to join our team in the North Coast region of Tasmania. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of clinical staff and ensuring the high-quality care of residents. You will work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and implement care plans and maintain industry standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and support to residents and care staff
• Undertake resident assessments and case conferencing in line with industry standards
• Accurately complete, review, and update relevant documentation
• Motivate, train, and develop clinical team members
• Ensure compliance and quality indicators are met

Requirements

• AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
• Staff mentorship and development experience
• Up-to-date working knowledge and experience achieving accreditation standards
• Ability to identify and improve areas of clinical risk and quality guidelines
• Consultative and effective communication skills
