Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of customers and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers by developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of their business and financial needs.
  • Act in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach to support their business needs with suitable products and services.
  • Provide appropriate solutions for account maintenance and customer needs.
  • Maintain a well-managed, compliant portfolio according to policies and procedures.
  • Control workflows across all compliance and customer fulfillment processes.
  • Collaborate with product partners and stakeholders to fulfill customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Skills:

  • Prior experience in frontline commercial banking roles and commercial lending.
  • Ability to manage strong customer relationships, handle service queries, and resolve minor issues.
  • Strong communication skills to assist customers effectively.
  • Attention to detail when reviewing agreements and contracts.
  • Ability to assess a customer's credit obligations considering qualitative and quantitative factors.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, customer documentation, banking transactions, and communications.
  • Familiarity with risk management concepts, especially in credit, market, and operational risk.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML.
