The Role

You will deliver facilities services to operate and maintain allocated portfolios including financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management programs. You will provide facilities administration duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and managing relationships with occupiers and clients to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded.
  • Delivering customer and property services to a portfolio of buildings.
  • Carrying out building inspections and completing associated reports within governance timeframes.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, client contracts and facilities procedures.
  • Managing administration and organisation of information for analysis and presentation to senior management teams.
  • Assisting with duties assigned by the facilities leadership team.
  • Contributing to the effective and efficient running of allocated portfolios and facilities sharing ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Liaising with facilities vendors coordinating facilities works and understanding operational and technical requirements of site elements.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields.
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and critical facilities and vendor management.
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property.
  • Experience in front and back office processes strong administration skills and customer service focus.
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
