About the Role

As a Case Manager, you will lead cases according to established quality and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a collaborative team that works effectively with specialist advisors and utilises decision-making processes and systems to deliver timely advice and recommendations.
  • Ensuring investigatory rigour and effective case management principles are met through evidence-based, transparent, independent and impartial decision-making.
  • Producing, supervising and/or co-ordinating all case outputs including case management planning; report writing; producing case records (evidence, analysis, risks and issues, briefing notes, meeting notes etc.); and case communications (circulation of critical information, formal advice received, meeting requests, agendas, plans, relevant submissions etc.).

  • Maintaining international relationships
