Key Responsibilities
Lead cases according to quality and risk management best practices.
Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure visibility of key case decisions.
Maintain investigatory rigor and effective case management principles through evidence-based decision-making.
Develop, oversee, and/or coordinate all case outputs, including reports and case communications.
Support team member capability development and other staff within the commission.
Essential Skills
Strong leadership skills to foster collaboration and openness.
Expertise in analyzing financial data, extracting insights, and critically examining it.
Experience leading complex data analysis and market behavior examination.
Extensive understanding of interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, precedent, policies, and procedures.
Strong report-writing and written communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Australian Citizenship is mandatory for employment.
Positions require a Baseline security clearance; successful candidates will obtain and maintain this level of clearance.
