Executive Level 1 Case Lead

The Investigations Division has multiple Case Manager positions available across various teams. If you have relevant and/or transferable skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
As a Case Manager, you will lead cases according to established quality and risk management practices. You will be supported by multi-disciplinary teams including policy, quality assurance, and legal advisory teams with subject matter expertise.
You will be responsible for leading a collaborative case team that works effectively with specialist advisors and utilizes our decision-making processes and systems to deliver timely advice and recommendations to senior leadership.
In this role, you will ensure investigatory rigor and effective case management principles are met through evidence-based, transparent, independent, and impartial decision-making.
You will also produce, supervise, and/or coordinate all case outputs, including case management planning; report writing; producing case records; and case communications.
Furthermore, you will support the capability development of team members and other staff, including delegating decisions and tasks appropriately; providing clear performance standards; and providing timely feedback and recognition.
