  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to advance Crawford & Company's brand identity in Australia.
  • Collaborate with leadership in Australia and other key stakeholders to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and solutions.
  • Manage external PR initiatives, including press release development, talking points, internal and external presentations, positioning statements, videos, web content, and other communication materials.
  • Establish meaningful relationships internally across the business and externally with media.
  • Promote executive visibility to ensure leaders in Australia are at events aligned with key strategic objectives and interests in the markets.
  • Activate social media as an integrated component of marketing communications programs.
  • Develop measurement criteria to effectively evaluate communications programs.
  • Drive the development and implementation of a strategic internal communications approach to include community relations and employee events.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to deliver meaningful thought leadership reports and white papers.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and brand integrity across all platforms.

  • Proficient in communications software, Microsoft Office Suite, and a working knowledge of web-based communication tools.
