  • Risk and Investment Analysis: Establish and implement policies and procedures, trend analysis, and forecasting financial performance and position.
  • Deal Sourcing: Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in the property development sector.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, developers, and financial institutions, to secure and optimize investment deals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate the performance of investments and the overall portfolio.
  • Funding Sources, Debt, and Equity: Identify and arrange alternative resources of debt and equity, fit for purpose and suitable for different classes of assets.
  • Group Financial Controller Support: Management of the finance team, annual statutory compliance, payroll, including financial audit and tax compliance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, with a focus on property development being a benefit.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in strategic investment planning, portfolio management, and deal execution.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
