Transformative People Leadership Opportunity
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Partner or People Lead to drive change and navigate complex people challenges in a high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and influencing change, building trust and driving accountability across five groups within various high-volume portfolios.
- Partnering with leaders to address conduct, behavioural, and performance issues with confidence and clarity.
- Conducting investigations and providing pragmatic, risk-aware solutions.
- Reviewing and improving processes to drive transformation and sustainable outcomes.
- Cultivating and supporting leaders in areas where resistance to change exists.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly capable and experienced Senior Business Partner or People Lead with a strong background in change and transformation.
You will be commercially astute, resilient under pressure, and able to influence senior leaders in complex operational environments.
Your ability to quickly assess situations, manage sensitive issues, and deliver measurable improvements will set you apart.
