About the Role

This job requires a deep understanding of property management systems and complex user interfaces. You will spend at least 50% of your time working with these systems, developing expertise in PROGEN, MASST, and COUPA.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts related to cinema refurbishment projects and leasing agreements for all tenants and properties.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contract documents and correspondence.

Beyond Contract Management

You will assist the Project Manager in planning and executing cinema refurbishment projects, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
