Role Summary

The Rostering / Administration Officer is responsible for managing rostering requirements, performing administrative duties, providing customer service, and maintaining rostering processes and systems.

Essential Duties
  1. Provide administrative support at May Shaw, Swansea.
  2. Offer reception and customer service in accordance with established procedures, including relief coverage.
  3. Ensure rostering processes comply with relevant legislation and standards.
  4. Perform a range of office procedures as required.
  5. Participate in on-call duties as required.
Selection Criteria
  1. Administration or relevant industry experience.
  2. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with team members and clients.
  3. Computer literacy with accurate word processing and data entry skills.
  4. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  5. Proven administration skills and experience with office procedures.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to proactively meet expectations.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes and support client relationships.
  8. Ability to undertake research, analyze findings, draw conclusions, and report effectively.
