Job Description

About us:

We are seeking a permanent Coordinator for our Before and After School Care service at Hazelwood North Primary School.

This is a permanent part-time position (32.5 hours per week) with working hours from Monday - Friday, 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m., with ample administration time during the day.

The hourly rate for the position is $35 (ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) and $41 p/hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) + ECEC retention payment + 12% super.

  • Lead daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program.
  • Collaborate with Regional staff to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities.
  • BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE SCHOOL, FAMILIES, LOCAL COMMUNITY GROUPS AND CONTRACT PARTNERS.
  • Manage a team of educators who support you in operating a high quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program.
