The Client Development Expert will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth customers. This key member of our team in Brisbane will focus on serving the needs of medical professional customers, delivering strategic banking solutions that meet their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategically manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients to drive growth and expand business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert lending support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Develop strong business relationships with senior leaders and referral networks throughout Australia to identify new business opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- At least two years' experience in complex lending, preferably in the medical and professional services sectors
- A proven ability to develop strong business relationships and assess loan applications for approval
- Strong market insight into the medical and professional services sectors to provide informed business recommendations
