Customer Relationship Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Expert to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by identifying and supporting customers' current and future financial needs.

  • Developing customer relationships through regular contact and proactive lead management.
  • Identifying opportunities for referrals to specialist teams where required.
  • Executing customer loan maintenance needs and coaching Customer Service Officers.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and high-performing operator who consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.

  • Excellent customer service experience, preferably from the banking industry.
  • Exposure to consumer lending would be advantageous.
