Investor Relations Opportunity

Key Functions:

  • Prepare regular investor reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of investor Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations under ASIC and AUSTRAC.

Support the Investor Relations team in maintaining strong relationships with existing investors, providing vital assistance in capital-raising initiatives and investment activities.

Collaborate closely with internal departments to achieve business outcomes, supporting equity-raising activities and professional investor communications.

Assist in planning and organising investor meetings, webinars, and events, engaging professionally with existing and prospective investors.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Property, or Finance (desired).
  • Experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suites are required.
Additional Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
