Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and will use this information to develop tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with named accounts to ensure campaign success.
- Act as a trusted advisor for our clients and be an expert in INFUSEmedia offerings.
- Collaborate with the Sales team from proposal to delivery, including identifying and ensuring delivery options, integrations, and other operational aspects.
- Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports, RFPs, and recommendations.
- Accountable for post-sale account management and driving account growth through excellent customer service and delivery.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum two years of account management and/or customer success/service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with empathy for customers and their success.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem resolution skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Comfortable using and learning software: MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc.
