We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Client Service Administrator.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding advice implementation and service requests.
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate adviser schedules.
- Verify documents prepared by team members prior to client meetings.
- Select and schedule social media content, including a monthly newsletter.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure adherence to company, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and database management systems.
- A customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong prioritization and time management abilities.
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
This is a full-time position requiring a flexible and adaptable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
