We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Client Service Administrator.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Coordinate adviser schedules.
    • Verify documents prepared by team members prior to client meetings.
    • Select and schedule social media content, including a monthly newsletter.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping:
    • Ensure adherence to company, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
    • Maintain accurate client records and database management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements
